Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your 4R order.

Orders made after 14:00 GMT on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship first thing on Monday. You will receive an e-mail notification.

We happily accept returns on everything unworn, undamaged within 30 days of purchase. We want you to be pleased with your purchase so do try your purchase on, but please avoid running a marathon or workout class.

Due to the complexity and costs, we are not able to provide free return shipping at the moment.

Creating sustainable clothing is as much about the choice of materials as it is the durability of the item. We take responsibility for any material or manufacturing issues that cause the clothing to fail to perform.

Faulty items may be returned at any time. Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us.

If the items you wish to return have been delivered in separate parcels please return them to us in one parcel with the corresponding return sections. By doing this we will be able to process your refund faster.

To start a return or exchange please e-mail us at sales@4r.ie we will send back instructions on how you can print a prepaid return label.

For exchanges, we will send out a new color or size immediately for you.

Any issues, please get in touch explaining and we will resolve as quickly as possible.
